What We Believe

The Bible

We believe that the bible is God’s word and provides instructions for human conduct and spiritual belief. We furthermore believe that the instructions provided therein are given to live an abundant life in God.  

 

The Father

We believe that there is one God who represents himself as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit who regulates in both holiness and love. We furthermore believe that God is worthy of all glory, honor and praise. He is the ruler of the Heaven and earth and creator of all human life.  

 

The Son

We believe that Jesus Christ was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, was crucified for our sin, resurrected for our opportunity to eternal life and has ascended into Heaven to further reign over the earth. He provides salvation to whoever believes in him and shall return to reward those whom have lived righteously.  

 

The Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit is a vitality of the trinity and aids in the renewal of the saints’ spirit and belief. We furthermore believe that he rests upon believers to enable them to live a holy life to be transformed to the likeness of Jesus Christ.   

 

Man

We believe that Man was created by God in his own image and likeness and is intended to have fellowship with God. We understand that all men are sinful and have come short of God’s glory; however, with the mediation of Jesus Christ man can be renewed and redeemed of his sinful life.  

 

Salvation

We believe that salvation is available to all if they are willing to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior through the repentance and confession of sin, belief that Jesus was crucified and resurrected and will return again. We furthermore believe that salvation should be shared with everyone in the world according to the instructions given by Jesus Christ’s great commission.  

 

Church

We believe that the church which is the body of Christ is a group of baptized believers joined together by covenant in Faith and to Fellowship accordingly to the Gospel.  We furthermore believe that each individual in the body of Christ has a gift according to the scriptures and through the exercising of their gifts shall assist in the cultivation and advancement of God’s kingdom.
